Vendor Program
After discussion with those vendors that responded to our request for input, and thank you to the ones that did. Thunderhill has listened and changed the levels of the Vendor Program to better accommodate those that wanted to participate. Please see the revised packages, fill out the attached form and send it back in so you as a vendor can be included and receive your Authorized Vendor Pass for the paddock.
Thunderhill has a great New Vendor Program that is designed to increase awareness and business of ALL vendors and merchants selling a product or service at Thunderhill. By creating a program that provides advertising, signage and marketing to all that attend events. This program will also allow Thunderhill to now be able to publish a list of vendors both in print and on the web site. This program goes into effect March 1st through December 31st 2010.
The vendor program is divided into two (2) packages:
Premier Vendor - $375.00 for 1 year plus $75.00 per month (for 10 months) - $1125.00
Includes:
- 1 – 30 x 96 k-wall sign – you provide the art we provide the sign
- 1 – Graphical banner ad and link in the sponsors section of the Thunderhill Web site
- 1 – The ability to provide collateral material to be displayed in the club house and pro shop
- Multiple announcements during all events attended.
Occasional Vendor - $375.00 for 1 year plus $50.00 per day attended at Thunderhill.
Includes
- 1 – 30 x 96 k-wall sign – you provide the art we provide the sign.
- 1 – Graphical banner ad and link in the sponsors section of the Thunderhill Web site
- 1 – The ability to provide collateral material to be displayed in the club house and pro shop
- Multiple announcements during all events attended.
*Vendors that DO NOT participate in either of the above programs will be able to offer products and services for a fee of $100.00 per day.
