This weekend I continued cutting all the gauge holes into the dash and also cut the holes for the turn signal lamps, the brights lamp and the parking brake lamp. I’m using LEDs I got from the local electronics place for these four indicators. After I got all the holes cut I used glazing putty and primer to clean up what I had.
- speedo and tach test fit
- 2 of the smaller gauge holes are now done
- test fitting the smaller gauges
- all of the gauges test fit
- turn signals, brights lamp and parking brake lamp test fit
- starting the “bodywork” on the dash
- more primer and glazing putty
- done for now. dash primered.
