Hey Mike, if I follow you correctly the answer is, I didn’t cut anything away. Here’s a link to a picture of the area I think you’re referring to. That void houses the quarter glass and regulator and is held in by a panel that BOLTS in. I simply unbolted that panel, removed all the quarter glass stuff and left the panel off as it’s just weight I don’t need…
